We endeavour to keep all house removals between the UK & Spain simple yet well organised.
Once you have accepted our quotation, our team will be busy putting a moving plan together. We will confirm the collection day and the time that the team will arrive. And once we've finished loading we will then keep you updated on the vehicles progress. All the vehicles have live location tracking devices.
Once you have made your booking, we will then request from you a copy of your passport and Spanish NIE number. Most clients moving back to the UK can apply for duty relief meaning you won't pay any UK VAT on the value of your items or on our transport cost. So it's worth doing, and we can advise and help you with this process.
We still need to complete customs formalities with an agent in Spain and in the UK but these are handled by our superb Dejana who is an expert with absolutely anything to do with customs!
We have plenty of self-storage rooms and warehouse space here in Manilva at the western end of the Costa del Sol, just a stones throw away from Estepona and 25 minutes from Marbella. So for moves from spain, if you need some time in the UK before your belongings arrive, no problem - all UK bound customers automatically get up to 4 weeks of interim storage free of charge. Do you need storage for a bit longer? That won't be a problem, our adjoining warehouse and sister company the Storage Depot have competitive rates and professionaly installed self-storae rooms giving the added bonus of you being able visit to add or remove items prior to the move.
We can also offer storage in the UK at competitive rates.

The first step to any house removal to or from Spain is to choose the right, competent and experienced company. if you are reading this, then hopefully you will allow us to send you a competitive quotation and moving plan for your upcomming house removal to or from Spain.
To do this, we need to know exactly what you need moving. Where from and to so we that we can tailor a moving package unique to you.

Once you have accepted our quotation, we then set to work creating 'your' moving plan and schedule from setting a date for our experience team to collect your belongings.
We will send you a removals booking form to sign which will detail the move, the costs and the collection and delivery dates.
A lot of our customers will have everything boxed and ready to go allowing us to load everything up in one day on the average size of move.
If you prefer to opt for our full packing service, then we'll generally do this a day or two before the collection day.
Every move is different and people move for a myriad of reasons - so we will make sure to take all your requirements and requests into account.
Generally, most customers want a direct door to door removals service when moving between Spain and the UK. Transit times can be as little as 3 days, or for bigger moves up to a week. We also offer a lower cost for groupage when available where a slightly longer delivery time is okay for the customer.
